3. If your goods arrive damaged or with parts missing when you open them you must notify us within 5 days of receipt at [email protected] or call us on 01782 385152

4. With our 30 day money back guarantee you have 30 days to notify us of any returns or exchanges. After 30 days you are not guaranteed a refund.

If returning goods you must pay for postage. If the item is faulty or damaged please contact [email protected] and we may be able to refund your postage charges, situation dependent.
