Returns
Our 'No Quibble 30 Day Money Back Guarantee' lasts 30 days and starts from the day you purchase the product. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return within the 30 days you need to contact us at [email protected] staying that you want to return your Drop Down Radiator Kit and why. Customer feedback is really important to us so we want to understand the reasons why the kit hasn't worked for you.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval of your refund if it's within the' No Quibble 30 days Guarantee'. Please note after the 30 days have passed you are not eligible for a refund unless the product is faulty.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges
If you have brought the wrong kit type please get in touch to receive your exchange in our 'No Quibble 30 Day Money Back Guarantee'.
